These terms apply to this portfolio website and enquiries about Diya Nathwani's content and brand consulting. A written project agreement takes priority where it sets different terms.
Using this website
Use this site lawfully. Do not misuse the contact details, disrupt the site or copy work without permission. Portfolio examples are shown for reference; rights in client work, names and logos remain with their respective owners.
Calls and enquiries
Booking an introductory call or sending an enquiry does not confirm a paid engagement. The scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment schedule must be agreed in writing before work begins. To change a booking, use the reschedule or cancellation link in your Calendly confirmation.
Payments and refunds
Pay only the amount agreed for your project, using the payment details confirmed for that engagement. Payments are non-refundable, except where applicable law requires otherwise or a written project agreement expressly states otherwise. If there is a payment error, contact Diya promptly with the transaction reference so it can be checked.
Project scope
Revisions, extra work, approvals and ownership of final deliverables follow the written project agreement. Changes to scope or timeline should be agreed in writing. Marketing, audience growth and business results cannot be guaranteed.
Third-party services
This site links to or embeds third-party services, including Calendly and social platforms. Their terms and privacy policies apply to those services. Their availability is outside Diya's control.
Availability and responsibility
Reasonable care is taken with site information, but the site may contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Nothing on this site replaces an agreed project contract or limits rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
