Information you choose to share
You may share your name, email address, phone number, project details and booking information when you get in touch. This information is used to respond to you, arrange calls, discuss work and manage agreed services.
Contact form and bookings
The contact form prepares a WhatsApp message. It does not submit or store the form information on this website. You choose whether to send the message in WhatsApp. WhatsApp handles that message under its own privacy policy.
Bookings use Calendly, including an embedded calendar on the booking page. Calendly processes booking details and may use cookies or similar technology under its own privacy policy. Email, WhatsApp and newsletter links open third-party services; their policies apply when you use them.
Payments
If a paid service is agreed, payment details needed to reconcile the payment, such as the amount and transaction reference, may be used for service administration and records. UPI payments are handled by your bank or payment app. This website does not collect your UPI PIN, bank password or card details.
Website analytics and hosting
This site uses Vercel Web Analytics for aggregated traffic statistics, such as page views, referrers, general location and device type. It does not use third-party tracking cookies or persistent cross-site visitor profiles. Vercel also hosts this site and may process technical request data to deliver and secure it.
A local browser setting may remember when you dismiss the newsletter popup so it does not keep appearing. This does not subscribe you or send your contact details.
Sharing and records
Your personal information is not sold. Information may be processed by the services needed to handle messages, bookings, payments and hosting, or shared where required by law. Project and contact records are kept as needed for the work, reasonable business records and legal obligations.
Your choices
You can ask about your information, request a correction or ask for deletion by emailing diyanathwaniwrites@gmail.com. Some records may need to be kept for legal or accounting reasons. Newsletter subscriptions and booking changes can also be managed through the links provided by those services.
